Let's Get Personal

I always thought there was something ‘wrong’ with me. No matter how much I tried to ‘fix’ myself, I just couldn’t fit inside the box I thought I was supposed to.

Sure, I fit my exterior-facing life into that box, but I was struggling internally.

 

My nervous system was a wreck, and my health began to reflect that. I had diagnosed ‘OCD’ and ‘anxiety’ and, my favorite, ADHD. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying these do not exist (and they are nuanced of course).

I’m saying, instead of fighting against my nature in many ways, I have leaned into it, abolishing the shame to make space for self-acceptance.

This is when the wealth of knowledge and experiences I had accumulated over the last decade-plus began to fit together like a puzzle. Allowing me to develop a method that consistently allows me to tap into the inner resources existing in each of us.

The real you, the happy and free you that you are supposed to be.

Designed to get you out of your mind, and into the present moment, we will work to awaken the empowered energy dormant inside of you, leaving you feeling energized, balanced and inspired.

This is a unique yoga class that incorporates:

Yang, dynamic and active, and Yin, passive and still, Yoga

Yogic meditation for deep body relaxation

Breath awareness for grounding

Visualization techniques for mental focus and

Reiki energy healing for spiritual balance.  

We’ll seal all the feels with a psychology-based writing exercise.

Having used myself as the guinea pig, so that you dont have to, The Risa Brooke Method has been designed to provide a holistic and transformative experience. One that, with practice, changes how one operate from the inside out. 

The classes are built using a unique blend of ancient techniques rooted in Yoga, Kabbalah, Reiki and good old, science-backed Psychology.
 

With a palpable reduciton of stress, you’re allowing for the blossoming of self-empowerment, confidence, and love that can only be experienced when anxiety is not running the show. 

If you can’t decide which specific technique to focus on, wit my method you don’t have to!

How to start?

THE CLASSES 

 

  • 7x 90 Minute Classes 

 

Each class is designed with its own set of healing modalities, which I will guide us through together in an intimate safe space and in accordance to the correlated theme. 

 

Beyond the 90 minutes we spend together in each class, the workbook will take you through an entire curriculum.

  • The Workbook 

The Workbook is designed to be used both along side the classes, as well as a guided self-healing journey. The classes are not mutually exclusive, though together are all the more powerful. 

 

This program will allow you grow leaps and bounds surrounding 7 themes:

  5. Relationships

  6. Empowerment

  7. Manifestation 

As long as we’re alive, we will continue to have challenges that give us the opportunity to either grow and expand or retreat. No one technique, program, drug, or anything of the kind will work in one shot and certainly does not exist in a vacuum. That’s just the way the world is built. This silly little thing called life is a journey for a reason. 

 

What I can promise through my method, is that with an abundance of compassion and consistency, the layers will continue to be peeled, revealing the beautiful pearl that has been within you all along.
